1. Customers to read items description carefully; color, dimension, price, material & etc.
2. Reservation : Customers may reserve item preferred and to make payment within 24 hours to lock the item. Should the customer failed to make payment within the time frame, Shopaholics Runway has the right to release the item to other customers. Goods sold are not returnable or refundable.
3. Postage : We shall send your 'Consignment Number' of Pos Malysia once the item was posted. Notification shall be sent via email or SMS to customer soonest possible.
4. Allow a few days for delivery. If you do not receive your item within several days, please check with Pos Malysia in the first place before referring back to Shopaholics Runway. You may track your item at http://www.poslaju.com.my/ or contact their Customer Service Centre as per below :

5. Damage/Defect : Should there be any damage during 'Posting Period', Pos Malaysia shall be fully responsible in this matter and customer has the right to get their compensation from Pos Malaysia. Shopaholics Runway shall be no longer resposible on your item after postage.
6. Payment :
a. Payment to be made via Maybank Account. Account number will be provided when you have placed your order.
b. When you make payment via maybank2u.com, please remember to key in our email address (shopaholicsrunway@gmail.com) in the 'RECIPIENT'S BOX' so we can easily keep track on your payment. In addition to that, please also send your payment info via 'Email or SMS' for our notification. We shall reply you to confirm on the payment.
c. Should you make payment via 'Maybank Cash Deposit Machine', please keep the receipt and kindly forward to us the scanned copy via email or picture message (MMS). However, kindly ensure the picture it bright and clear. We shall reply you to confirm on the payment.
d. Please be advised that we shall only 'courier' your item once we have received full payment. For those who wish to make payment online from another bank, interbank GIRO shall take 2 working days. Even if you submit the transaction receipt to us the same day your transaction was done, we shall wait until the amount was credited to our account before posting the item to you. Thus, should you wish to get your item fast, you are advised to make your payment soonest possible or to use Maybank Cash Deposit Machine.
7. Change of Item : If the customer found item purchased do not match their appereance/expectation, we shall not refund/change your item as we provided item description in this blog. However, we shall change the item purchased should we sent you the wrong item.
8. Agreement : By clicking the box 'Yes, I agreed to Shopaholics Runway's Terms & Conditions' in 'Order Form' means you have read and understood as well as agreed to our Terms & Conditions.
